Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream
The sour cream adds an extra touch of coolness to a nice cucumber salad. You could also use yogurt for a similar but tarter salad.
- 3 small cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried dill
Mix all the ingredients together and chill an hour or so before serving.
