"Slightly Italian" Crockpot Chicken

1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1 15 oz can artichoke hearts, drained (not the marinated ones, just packed in water)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 Tb. tapioca
1 tsp. chicken billion (or one cube, if you buy it that way)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Sauce:
2 Tb. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup "lite" or no fat Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Add mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and green onions. Sprinkle the vegetables with the tapioca and chicken billion.

Wash and dry the chicken breasts and place them on top of the vegetables.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of the chicken and vegetables. Cover and high for 5-6 hours.
