Oven Fried Potatoes
2 pounds potatoes, cut in strips or chunks
2-4 Tbs oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and salt.
Add the other seasonings of your choice and mix well.
Lightly oil a 13x9 pan and spread the potatoes in it. Try to make them a single layer.
Bake at 425 for 30 - 45 minutes, turning now and then.
Choose from the seasonings below or make up your own mix.
