Sherried Beef Tips

Dinner tonight is "Sherried Beef Tips" I'm making with a half a London Broil. Cut the beef into 1" cubes. In a casserole dish mix a can of cream of mushroom soup, fresh or canned mushrooms, 2 cups water, 1/3 cup sherry, and a packet of dry onion soup mix. Stir in the beef. Cover and cook at 325 for 2-3 hours. An easy "throw together" dinner since you don't need to brown the meat first. After it's cooked you stir in some sour cream.
