I was looking for good recipes to use up leftover ham--there's always plenty--and I came across this one. How many cups are in a pound? About 3 cups? I have a big container of dried split peas and would love to use them as well as my ham and I always love a good pea soup!
I think I will try this one tomorrow night!
Thanks!
Evelyn
