Chimichurri totally rules with grilled beef!

Here's my take on chimichurri:

4 tb olive oil
4 tb red wine vinegar
2-5 cloves garlic chopped
2 bayleafs crumpled
A handful of flatleaf parsley chopped
1 ts chili powder / flakes
1 ts cumin powder
1 tb dried oregano
Pepper and salt to taste

If you don't have red wine vinegar... Just add 1 tb of ordinary white vinegar and 3 tb of red wine. Works a treat!

And if you really want to indulge... Make yourself a side of goose-fat fried potato wedges.
