		<description>Hi Ellen, My Grandmom used to make us fried mush when we were little. she would make the mush, put it in a loaf pan and refrigerate it.  When it had solidified or jelled, she would cut it into slices, dredge it in flour and fry it just until golden brown.  Serve with butter and maple syrup and a  side of bacon. Better than pancakes !!!</description>
