		<description>Just thought I&#039;d provide a sandwich idea. An easy recipe and one of our favorites inspired by the snack bar at our college.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We call them &#039;turkey delights&#039; and they&#039;re easy and fab:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tear pieces of cold cut turkey breast&lt;br /&gt;Chop up green peppers and onions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook turkey w/peppers in onions in a frying pan w/a little bit of olive oil or butter, then add pieces of American cheese and let it get melted in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lightly toast a bagel and put the turkey/pepper/onion/cheese mix on the bagel and top w/a slice of cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So easy and delicious! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;:)</description>
