I sometimes use oatmeal instead of cracker or breadcrumbs (even healthier), and even sneak shredded zucchini or carrots in too. The boys don&#039;t even realize! I never tried it with maple syrup, but it sure sounds good. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am also a big fan of Worchestershire. I buy big &#039;ol bottles of it at Sam&#039;s Club or GFS. There is also a &#039;Try Me&#039; brand  (they also make hot sauces and such) that makes a sherry and hot pepper type that is AMAZING. It&#039;s a bit hard to find, so when we do, my brother and I always buy whatever is on the shelf.</description>
