It's been cold and raining today -- the kind of weather that calls for a good hearty soup or stew. I'm currently renting computer time and may make this when I get home. Ahhh -- just remembered -- no marjoram in the spice rack -- tho I do have caraway and celery seed. What do you think? Could I substitute one of those if the supermarket doesn't have marjoram either?
