		<description>Synchronicity? I&#039;m also making bread today, but not french dinner rolls.  Personally, I don&#039;t have any use for so-called instant yeast. I learned that the rise was much different from regular yeast, and it even had a different flavor!</description>

		<description>Yes, straight from the food processor! I did shape it but did not knead it. It&#039;s not a &quot;light&quot; bread but it&#039;s good. I make bread the regular way too periodically. Got quite into it for a while, in fact, after reading Walden Pond. This is not &lt;i&gt;as good&lt;/i&gt; but it is good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The yeast at Costco comes in a 2 pound bag I think, vacuum-packed.</description>
