		<description>Just fyi ... I&#039;ve used your &#039;mix&#039; - with a bit of cider vinegar added - as the &quot;topping&quot; for pork chops that I quick-seared and then did in the slow cooker.  Tasted great - and were very moist/tender!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Can&#039;t remember amount of cider vinegar (sorry), but overall recipe is worth trying - IMHO :-).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cheers &lt;br/&gt;and THANKS! for your web site.&lt;br/&gt;J.</description>
