		<description>You did not taste the vanilla because you added it to a hot liquid and the alcohol evaporated. next time add it to the brine when it is cold. or better yet buy 1 vanilla bean and infuse that in the boiling brine (cut in half and scrape seeds into pot, then add the bean) ps: there is nothing like a tahitian vanilla bean</description>
