		<description>That&#039;s so funny! I went on line to search for a cucumber salad I made last weekend that my husband loved. I can&#039;t find it again! I swear it was on cooks.com.  It was sour cream, cucumbers, garlic, white wine vinegar, salad oil, salt and dill.</description>

		<description>1 med cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced&lt;br/&gt;1/4 tsp. salt&lt;br/&gt;2 lg. green onions w/ tops, finely sliced&lt;br/&gt;1/4 c. radishes, thinly sliced&lt;br/&gt;dressing&lt;br/&gt;1/2 c. reduced-fat sour cream&lt;br/&gt;2 Tbsp. tarragon or white wine vinegar&lt;br/&gt;1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill&lt;br/&gt;1 tsp. sugar&lt;br/&gt;1/2 tsp. prepared mustard or dijon mustard&lt;br/&gt;1/4 tsp. pepper&lt;br/&gt;Scoop seeds out of cucumber. After slicing measure 2 cups, sprinkle with salt &amp; let stand 30 minutes. Drain well. In a small bowl combine the cucumber, green onions &amp; radish. In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream, vineger, dill, sugar, mustard &amp; pepper. Pour over the cucumber mixture, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.</description>
