Hi Ellen, your site is awesome! I definitely need to go through your (TON OF) recipes. By the way, I recently also started a cooking site, slovakcooking.com. I am originally from Slovakia so I am using the site to promote Slovak cuisine. On Monday I prepared chicken paprikash with halusky (Slovak potato dumplings). The whole meal cost under 12 dollars and resulted in 6 hearty plates. And it tasted great. Not a bad deal for 2 bucks a dish!
