I try to send out a newsletter when I've added enough to the site to make it worthwhile for you to check back. This typically includes descriptions of new recipes and articles with a link back to the site for the whole recipe. I hope to be able to offer some regional information as this grows, so if you fill in your zip code that would help, but it's certainly not required. I'm not going to sell, share, or rent the list for anything, as you can tell by reading the privacy policy.
